testadmin 510802551c fix: handle_b.js 路子珠修正（tab_baccarat 实际加载的JS） ...

根因：tab_b.html 加载 handle_b.js（不是 handle.js）
- 字段名 lucky_six → luck_six（匹配 Waybill 返回）
- 判断值 ==1 → >0（后端存 2/3 不是 1）
- 补加 dragon_seven/panda_eight
